Hello Karen,
On a case by case basis I will, but then $3 Million is the lowest we will go. We do not do any residential. If we do drop below the $5 Million amount it would usually be because we are also working on a take-out loan which will pay off the bridge loan within a few months of it being originated.

I have 3 projects in the works in Antigua. A small hotelthat is 80% complete and operational, seeking financing to complete the upper floors. (2) Housing project for the goverment but could not secure financing that is on hold approximantely 175 affordable housing and (3) State of the art national fitness center.
We are seeking financing for #1 The Hotel in the sun of $ 652,000.00.
