Restaurant Loan Financing Program
Guidelines / Qualifications:
• Restaurants with Positive cash flow and not declining (Independent or Franchised).
• Borrower must have been in the restaurant business as owner / operator for a minimum of 10 years with profitable operating record.
• Borrowers must have at least a 680 credit score with no prior record of bankruptcy.
• Financing program available through-out the United States
• Loan proceeds are available for acquisition, expansion or refinancing. Construction loans available for franchises only.
• Preferred loans amount from $500k to $2 Million
• Loan term is 25 years with a 25 year amortization
• Interest rate is 2.75% above prime and adjusted quarterly
• Loan maximum is 80% of market value
• Lender takes a first lien position on the property
• This is a full recourse loan
