CONCEPT: 
Transactional funding; no LTV  Requirements (100% financing), appraisal or applicant income  verification

METHOD:   
To "purchase" and "sell" same Day - IE: real estate (residential and commercial)                            

PURPOSE:
Simultaneous - back to back - same-day closings  

DOLLAR AMOUNT:
Minimum $200,000.
Maximum - none.  

LOCATION:  
North America and other international markets 

APPLICATION:
To determine if funding request fits structure an application is required to be completed 

PROCESS:
Once conceptually "prequalified" a nominal application retainer deposit is required. From receipt of a separate application and verification to funding estimated 3 to 7 days. 

INVESTOR FEE: 
Minimum 3% up to 6% payable from proceeds, at closing 

RECENT CLOSING:
$150 million; real estate (by one of our providers)  

SOURCE OF FUNDS: 
Private trust/opportunity fund in excess of $500 million. Proof of funds and references available on verified deals.
