•  Borrower must have been in the restaurant business as owner / operator for a minimum of 10 years with profitable operating record.

•  Interest rate is 2.75% above prime and adjusted quarterly

•  Loan maximum is 80% of market value

•  Lender takes a first lien position on the property

•  This is a full recourse loan

Factoring - Selling the Accounts Receivables of a Company
